OUR SERVICE

The service “We Host”, more commonly called check-in check-out, you can choose some of the suggested points or make it complete and go for the whole package:

  • Property photo shoot;
  • calendar management to coordinate and avoid overbookings;
  • initial correspondence to guests by email, so as to make ourselves available, to provide basic information and directions to reach the property;
  • coordination for cleaning and linens, for each arrival;
  • welcome with explanation of the house;
  • tax collection and withdrawl of the security deposit and registration documents;
  • most importantly, we will be available 7 days a week.

Including any possible garden and pool maintenance, you will receive a holistic management approach.

On the departure day we will be there to wish guests a safe trip and will be ready for a new arrival.

The renovations followed have provided to this villa all the necessary comforts to make guests feel at home. On each visit, the house will be ready with deep cleaning and top-quality linen rented in specialized laundries. During the summer season we will take care of the pool maintenance and the water control will be carried ou duringt all year. We coordinate the calendars on the best rental websites and receive continuous requests from foreigners who would like to spend their holidays in Chianti, visit cellars, Tuscan cities and taste delicious dinners prepared in-villa by chefs at home.
