Villa Isola Serena

Located in Castellina in Chianti in Tuscany, Siena Italy.

Isola Serena is a beautiful private luxury villa on 4 acres of land with the most breath-taking views in the Tuscan countryside, overlooking the land properties below the beautiful Castello La Leccia (holm oak). To get to the villa you will have to take part of the most rural route along a dirt road accompanied by wooded areas more dense with oaks and cypresses.

The main house was completely restored in June 2014 by local Italians of the highest standard to maintain the Tuscan culture, artisanal tradition, and craftsmanship, whilst complemented by modern furniture, contemporary amenities and equipped with all the necessary services for total comfort.

The Villa is 440 square meters (4500 sq ft) and can accommodate up to 13 people. In its spacious spaces it has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms all with shower and heat wipes. The living area develops on the ground floor and only 1 of the en-suite rooms is located on this level. The other 5 rooms including the master will be located upstairs, the first floor. The whole villa is covered by a great WIFI system and each room or area has its own air conditioning/heat pump that can be controlled independently with a small monitor. All comforts are the latest generation.

Good partof the ground has a large kitchen perfectly equipped with marble top and fire cooking, double oven, double dishwasher, double refrigerators with freezer, espresso and American machine, microwave, toaster, plus all the tensiles and robots needed for total comfort during preparation. On the middle a long island of about 4 meters of travertine marble will frame the family meals as a wonderful dinner organized by a home chef or a wine tasting!

The dining area is embellished with a real painting, a huge window with exclusive panorama will accompany this room throughout the day, giving you unspeakable sunsets.

The large and comfortable living room with fireplace easily usable on cold evenings and its TV area accompanied by hometheater and satellite smart TV. The library with independent exit on the terrace has a sofa that in the event can become bed.

There is also a half bath alongside the home’s private laundry room, where you can comfortably use the latest generation washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron with axle. Cherry on top at the second and last floor a small and new gym will be there for you.

Guests will enjoy the large terrace with stunning views on olive trees, vineyards and  typically Tuscan smooth hills. On one side of the magnificent terrace the barbecue area where you can prepare a succulent bistecca and dine all together on the marble table placed in the center of the terrace.

The private lounge pool where you can sit comfortably and cool off after the summer days dedicated to walks and sightseeing the art cities, is located at the bottom between lavender and Rosemary plants and it’s equipped with sunbeds and drinks tables.
